Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing an artwork or product does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights associated with that work.
Product availability, descriptions, and prices may change without notice. Changes will not retroactively alter an order already accepted, except as permitted by law.
Orders and Payments
Payment is required at checkout unless another arrangement has been agreed to in writing.
By submitting an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products, or payment processing issues. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Shipping and Delivery
Lavandula Virtue LLC currently offers shipping within the United States only.

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery is generally 1–10 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier, destination, and shipping method.

Custom artwork and made-to-order products may require additional production time, as communicated to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, or within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will provide any required notice and cancellation or refund options.
Once an order ships, tracking information may be provided when available. If an order is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Eligible physical products: Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery for eligible merchandise, prints, and other physical shop products. Items must generally be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before returning an item for instructions.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original artwork: Eligibility for returns or exchanges will be identified in the applicable product listing or agreed-upon purchase terms. Contact us if an original piece arrives damaged or incorrect.
Commissions and custom work: Payments for commissioned artwork, private custom work, faceprint bookings, event curation, and similar personalized services are generally nonrefundable once the booking or project has been confirmed and work has begun or the service has been reserved. Any applicable deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions will be communicated before the booking is finalized.
If we cancel a service or cannot fulfill an order, we will provide an appropriate refund or other remedy as required by the applicable agreement and law.
These policies do not eliminate any non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Bookings and Creative Services
Our services may include commissioned artwork, private creative sessions, faceprinting, public speaking, event curation, event coordination, and other artistic or educational experiences.
When booking a service, customers agree to:

Certain services may require advance planning, material purchases, preparation time, or coordination with other participants. Any service-specific cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or payment terms will be provided separately when applicable.
Event Curation and Event Services
For event curation and coordination, the scope of work, fees, deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and payment schedule may vary depending on the size and requirements of the event.
A separate invoice, proposal, or written agreement may supplement these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, additional work outside the original scope may require additional payment. Clients are responsible for providing timely approvals, accurate event information, and any resources or permissions assigned to them under the agreement.
Lavandula Virtue LLC is not responsible for the independent actions, products, or services of third-party vendors, performers, artists, venues, or contractors, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or where our own contractual obligations apply.
Payments and Billing
Payments for products and services offered by Lavandula Virtue LLC are due according to the terms displayed at checkout, in the applicable service description, or in a separate written agreement.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that their chosen payment method is authorized.
Certain services, including commissioned artwork, event curation, and custom creative projects, may require full payment or a deposit before work begins. Any applicable payment schedule will be communicated before the booking or project is confirmed.

You retain ownership of your content, subject to any separate written agreement. You grant Lavandula Virtue LLC permission to use the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, unless you separately authorize additional uses.
We will not assume permission to use customer-submitted content for advertising or promotional purposes solely because it was submitted to us.
Photography, Media, and Promotional Use
Lavandula Virtue LLC may photograph or record its artwork, events, workshops, or creative activities for documentation and promotional purposes.
Where identifiable individuals are photographed or recorded, we will obtain consent or otherwise comply with applicable privacy, publicity, and recording laws before using that material when required.
Customers who do not wish to appear in promotional content should communicate their concerns before participating in an event or activity so reasonable arrangements can be discussed.
Separate releases or agreements may apply to models, artists, performers, event participants, or commissioned projects.
